PLANET Gym & Fitness is an ultra-modern unisex fitness center with the best amenities and training equipment. We offer a wide range of classes and exercising programs, tailored to improve stamina and fitness goals of each gym member, individually and at any level.

PLANET Gym & Fitness is a dynamic and diverse gym with a variety of group classes for every fitness level and different interests, guided by the trainers who are to answer the gym members needs at any time. Trainers at PLANET Gym & Fitness meet the highest standards expertise in all training programs.

 

GYM & FITNESS

Find us on the street opposite to SC BIG Fashion at two-level venue - 1.000 m2 wide space. Within the premises, you can find the gym, a cross fit gym and a group workout room, locker rooms, showers and a café. PLANET Gym & Fitness has got its own parking available for 100 cars. We have 24/7 video surveillance, and our members are provided with bar coded ID cards and free Wi-Fi.

We aim to give a system in which everyone is respected and to provide a unique and enjoyable environment in which everyone can feel comfortable. PLANET Gym & Fitness enables everyone to work and produce excellence. From the staff to the clients involved in the gym it is all about working for the greater good. Members at PLANET Gym & Fitness can each select a trainer, training program and a membership option by choice and personal preferences.

PGF Functional

Functional training is a type of training that involves a series of low-to-high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are close to anaerobic exercise, and the recovery periods are short. Varying the intensity of exercises, including a cardiovascular workout, improving aerobic capacity of the person.

Duration: 40 min.

PGF Pilates

Our Pilates program is designed of movement control and special exercise to prepare your body for new challenges. The breathing and exercising needs to be in sync for normal body function.

Duration: 50 - 55 min.

PGF Box

One of the best ways to achieve an excellent cardio workout. It improves cardiovascular system and helps the body to have more stamina. Boxing is one of the most intensive trainings, therefor it is perfect for stress relief.

Duration: 45 - 55 min.

PGF Glute Building

Specially designed for the ladies, with a focus on the gluteus, with core exercise. Besides the aesthetic benefits, this training improves the posture and body stability.

Duration: 50 min.

PGF PUMP

PUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, PUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Duration: 60 min.

PGF CrossFit training

CrossFit is based on functional movements, and those movements represent the best aspects of gymnastics, body weight lifting, rowing and many more, all preformed at high intensity level. High intensity is essential for achieving the results together with a certain amount of the time and the weight. Constant change in movements and intensity is crucial for successful fitness results. The togetherness, this kind of workout invokes, is the key component for the great achievement in CrossFit training. The program relays on the data. The white board and a stopwatch for precise measuring are used. CrossFit training is based on the quick and intensive actions. It prepares you to be better in multiple tasks, not just in a single one. Every CrossFit training begins with the warmup – running, stretching, CrossFit Gym exercises and rope jumping.

Duration: 30 – 35 min.
